Emma Phillips presented a seminar on privacy issues in the workplace for representatives of the Southern Ontario Newspaper Guild. The seminar included such issues as when and how an employer is allowed to monitor employees’ use of e-mail and internet, and when unions may use the employer’s server for union communications.

Wednesday, April 15th:

A number of SGM's experts in bankruptcy, insolvency and pension law gave a seminar for SGM clients on "Shutdowns, Bankruptcy and Restructuring: A Guide for Unions".
